That covers a lot of smaller Perth homes. Most homes need more. More capacity, more zones, or a smart controller like AirTouch. And that is where the $13,500 to $19,000 range comes in. We tell you which one you are before you commit to anything.
This is a real system we will install at $9,900, priced to win the click. It always appears beside the typical range, never on its own. Every actual proposal is still priced off the job.
What these prices include. And what they don't
These are real installed prices, including GST, based on jobs we have completed across Perth. Your exact figure depends on your home: roof access, ductwork runs, the brand you choose, and how much electrical work is needed.
Prices assume your existing power supply can be reused. If your switchboard needs a new dedicated circuit, that work is carried out by a licensed electrical contractor and quoted separately. We will tell you upfront if you need one, and roughly what it costs, before you commit to anything.
Outside 15 km of the Perth CBD, travel is charged at our published rates. We travel anywhere in WA. Regional jobs are quoted individually.
We give you a fixed written price after an inspection, and it does not move on installation day.

Diagnostics & Callout
$180
Diagnostic callout, including the first hour on site. If you decide to replace the system rather than repair it, we credit the full $180 against your new system.
Note: The $180 is not waived on repairs. It is credited only if you go ahead with a new system. Competitors either charge $230 including the first hour, or advertise "no callout fee" and load it into the repair. We publish it honestly.

Plan pricing is single-service price × frequency, less 10% for committing.
Licensed, authorised and insured
Every refrigerated air conditioner contains refrigerant gas, and in Australia it is illegal to install, service, decommission or degas one without an ARCtick licence issued by the Australian Refrigeration Council.
WA Air Group is ARCtick Authorised. Our technicians hold current refrigerant handling licences. Every system we remove is degassed and disposed of legally. Never vented. All electrical work is carried out by licensed electrical contractors.
It matters more than it sounds. If an unlicensed installer vents refrigerant into the atmosphere on your property, or wires a new circuit without a licence, it is your home and your insurance that carry it.
